Job Function and Key Duties & Responsibilities
A Junior Programmer/Developer is needed for strategic web development projects. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to translate requirements into functioning systems. This person should have some experience working with content management systems and PHP programming language. This is an exciting position for an entry level Developer, who is looking to join a great company with a lot of potential for growth.
1. Develop online web applications for third party administrators.
2. Work on developing web portal sites for the company and GIS web application.
3. Perform detailed application design, coding and unit/integration/performance testing.
4. Initialize ideas, creative mindset, motivation and challenges are essentially and equally important.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Should be able to communicate with English
- Prefer programming experience in the following areas:
– JQuery
– Javascript
– SQL
– XML
– HTML
– CSS
– PHP
– JSON
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently as well as in an interdepartmental team.
- Ability to deliver high quality work on time.
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal).
- Experience in agile development environment.
- Experience in cross-browser and cross-device development.
- Proficiency in Adobe’s Creative Suite (a plus).
